Alex Ellsworth is a composer, songwriter and producer living in Los Angeles. He's written and performed music in over 25 short films and web series - including a Key and Peele skit. Alex's interest in music started in Singapore where he toured with several bands locally and abroad (The Philippines and Indonesia).

Alex is currently a studio runner for Crosby Collective Studios LA, where he helps out grammy nominated engineers, Bains (Young Thug, Jay Sean) and Chris Montgomery (Liam Payne of One Direction, Rachel Platten). He also assists film composers, Darius Holbert and Megan Cavallari.

A couple of Alex's ongoing or recent projects include a dramedy and Steampunk animated virtual reality short. Some of Alex's works have won and been accepted to multiple film festivals such as Cinefest, The Tavern Film Festival, and The Global Film Festival.

When Alex isn't in the studio, you will probably find him adventuring out with friends enjoying good Asian food.
