Submit Your Music

If you’d like to become part of our licensing library, please fill out the form below and attach some samples in MP3 format. All work submitted to Monoform must be written and recorded by you, and must not contain samples or covers of other people’s work. You must confirm that the material you submit is 100% yours, or we can not accept the submission.

Please allow up to 15 business days for us to get back to you about submissions. After your submission has been reviewed, we will reach out and let you know what the next steps are.
